    Fat, Drunk and Royal

    The Royals added royalty to their roster, signing Sir Sidney Ponson. At least the WBC payed off for him. My guess is he lasts two months with Kansas City before wearing out his welcome.

      My guess is that Ponson cleans KC out of bbq and the populace runs him out of town.

      And it looks like the WBC is good for Ivan Rodriquez too. I’m liking the tournament. Meaningful games (to a degree), surprises (Netherlands beating Dominican Republic) and even an emotional win by the USA.
