    The Heating Pad

    CC Sabathia explained the heating pad:

    Sabathia used a heat pad between innings but said it was only to stay warm. He said that he was not nervous, and that there was nothing was wrong with his mechanics.

    So it wasn’t an injury today, he just didn’t have command of his fastball.
