    Taking a Sipp

    Tony Sipp gets the call from Cleveland as Rafael Betancourt goes on the disabled list. Sipp owns a great strikeout to walk ratio in the minor leauges. In his brief previous stay in the majors, the strikeouts were there but the walks were just as high. We’ll see if he can correct that in this new stint.
