    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Manny Not Getting Fired?

Via Nationals Enquirer, Manny Acta flew to New York for the series against the Yankees.

After today’s game, the elephant remained in the room. Manny Acta has in fact boarded the team plane, heading to New York for the upcoming series against the Yankees. But that begins Tuesday. We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

This sounds too much like Willie Randolph flying to California only to be fired in the middle of the night there. At least Manny won’t have a long trip home.

Conspiracy theory – Acta will fly to NY and be fired after Game One like Randolph. However, while in NY, the Mets will fire Razor Shines and make Acta as the third base coach as Minaya’s warning sign to Manuel and the Mets players that they better not be a .500 or under club at the All Stae break or Jerry is gone.
