  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Wieters Rally

Matt Wieters ignites the Orioles in the bottom of the ninth against the Mets. With New York leading 4-3 and Francisco Rodriguez on the mound, Wieters laces a double into the gap in left-center. Pie runs for him, and after a walk to Reimold, Roberts sacrifices. The bunt doesn’t go too far in front of the plate, and Santos tries to get Pie at third, but the throw is late. K-Rod then becomes BB-Rod as he walks Adam Jones with the bases loaded to tie the game. The Mets go with five infielders against Markakis.

Update: Markakis strikes out looking. Nice pitch on the outside corner by Rodriguez. One down. The Mets go back to four infielders looking for a double play with Huff at the plate. Huff singles to right on the first pitch, and the Orioles win 5-4. The Mets fail to pick up a game on the Phillies.
