The American League leads the National League 67-58 in interleague play so far in 2009. It could be a lot worse, however. The AL is outscoring the NL 4.8 runs per game to 4.1 runs per game, suggesting a .578 winning percentage for the junior circuit. If the AL lived up to that winning percentage, they would by 72-53.
