  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Short Shutout Debut

Ryan Sadowski pitches six scoreless innings in his major league debut as the Giants defeat the Brewers 7-0. He’s been working his way up through the minors slowly, but he’s always won. He posted good ERAs pitching in Norwich at AA, higher ERAs at AAA in the PCL. He won at both levels with a 28-17 minor league record. That’s a .622 winning percentage. His strikeouts are okay and his walks are a little high, but I’d be interested in seeing what else he can do.

Pablo Sandoval left the game early with a stomach ailment. There seems to be a lot of flu like bugs going around the majors right now. I wonder what a swine flu epidemic would do to the majors? I wonder if MLB has a plan if any epidemic should take out a large number of players at once.
