    Killing the Nats Buzz

    There’s no way to ruin the buzz over a two-game winning streak than to announce that your top rookie is going on the disabled list:

    The Washington Nationals have placed pitcher Jordan Zimmermann on the 15-day disabled list because of elbow discomfort.

    Let’s hope elbow discomfort doesn’t turn into Tommy John surgery.
