Ervin Santana pitched a shutout against the Tampa Bay Rays Tuesday night, allowing just three hits and two walks. He’s had flashes of brilliance during this season, but nothing sustainable. The Angels could use some better pitching down the stretch for when their offense might have a bad night. They won the game 6-0.
