    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    The Wrong Correction

In the top of the sixth in Minnesota, the White Sox’s Ramon Castro hits a ball to the baggie in rightfield that Michael Cuddyer catches. It hit in the middle of the glove, rolled up, but the replay clearly showed the ball stayed in the glove. It was called an out. The umpires conferred, however, and changed the original call, giving Castro a double. Because it was not a home run question, the umps could not use replay.

The Twins get out of the inning without allowing a run, then come back with two in the bottom of the inning on a two-run, two-out, bases loaded single by Kubel. Minnesota leads Chicago 2-0 in the top of the seventh. Brian Duensing has seven strikeouts so far for the Twins.

Update: Jason Kubel makes a nice play in left to end the top of the seventh. With two out and the bases empty after a double play, Carlos Quentin hits a ball into left center, a slow roller that might split the outfielders. It looked like Span, the centerfielder was going to pick it up, and Quentin headed for second. Kubel cut across, however, and with his momentum toward the bag made a great throw to second to get Carlos by a mile. The Twins still lead 2-0. Duensing has induced three double plays.
