  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

Torre Plays Small Ball, Dodgers Don’t

When Casey Blake reaches second on a single and error leading off the bottom of the seventh, Joe Torre has first baseman James Loney sacrifice to set up Blake to score in a 0-0 tie. Belliard pinch hits and gets an infield single to drive in Blake. Torre got his one-run, but the Dodgers haven’t stopped. The next four batters reach base, and the Dodgers lead 5-0 with Blake batting again, this time with two out.

Update: Blake strikes out to end the inning, but the Dodgers are in very good shape to clinch the NL West tonight.
