    Kendrick Connects

Howie Kendrick sends a shot into the back bullpen in left as the Angels get one run back with one out in the fifth. That cuts the Yankees lead to 3-1. According to the broadcast, that’s the first home run allowed by the Yankees this post season.

Update: That’s all the Angels get as Pettitte records his first two strikeouts of the game in the inning. The Yankees lead the Angels 3-1 after five innings.
