    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Sherrill in the Eighth

George Sherrill comes on to pitch the bottom of the eighth. The last time we saw him, he was giving up a three-run homer to Raul Ibanez. He’ll face the top of the Phillies order.

Update: Casey Blake makes a nice sliding stop on a Jimmy Rollins grounder for the first out.

Update: Sherrill hits Victorino on his back foot, putting the tying run on base for the heart of the order with one out.

Update: On a 3-1 pitch, Utley swings and misses on a pitch in the dirt. It gets away from Martin, allowing Victorino to move up to second. Utley walks on the next pitch, bringing up Howard with the chance to put the Phillies ahead with a long hit.

Update: Sherrill gets ahead of Howard 0-2.

Update: Howard strkes out swinging at a 1-2 pitch. Sherrill got him with the high heat.

Update: Broxton comes in to face the righty Jayson Werth.

Update: Broxton tops 100 and gets Werth to fly out to right to end the inning. The Phillies fail to convert a good scoring opportunity. They’ll also send up the lower half of the lineup in the ninth, although Ibanez does lead off.
