    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    CC or A-Rod

Thomas Wayne thought Alex Rodriguez should have won the ALCS MVP award. I was a bit surprised to see CC Sabathia get the trophy, but not that surprised. Alex collected nine hits, five for extra bases. He walked eight times. He scored six runs and drove in six. Those last two number may be the rub. Given the number of times he was on base, and given the power he generated, six runs and six RBI doesn’t seem like much. However, one of those home runs was extremely dramatic, so you would think it would count for something.

Both played great ball in the series. Maybe they should have been co-winners. Who votes for this award, anyway?
