    Cardinals Make it Official

      So Mark, there have been rumors that your name was on the list of 104 players who tested positive to steroid use. Would you care to comment on the rumors?

      He’s going to have to answer the question or it will continue to be asked. I think if he comes clean it will work out better for him.

      McGwire: Well, that rumor should be pretty easily dismissed since the testing that resulted in the 104 positives was done during the 2003 season and I retired after the 2001 season.
