    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Through the Mills

Red Sox bench coach Brad Mills gets a third interview with the Houston Astros for a job as the team’s manager:

Mills, interim manager Dave Clark and former Astros manager Phil Garner are still in the running to replace Cecil Cooper, who was fired Sept. 21. The Astros offered the position to former Washington Nationals manager Manny Acta, but he turned it down to sign a three-year deal to manage the Cleveland Indians.

I’m a bit of a Dave Clark fan. He wasn’t a great player, but I liked his approach at the plate. Still, Mills has been part of one of the most successful organizations since he and Francona took over on the field in 2004. I can see where he would be an attractive candidate.
