  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Should Have Started Lee

Derek Jeter reaches on an infield single and Damon doubles to the wall in right, and Joe Blanton has two runners in scoring position with no one out. Teixeira hits the first pitch just fair down the first base line, and Ryan Howard makes a nice play for the out, but the Yankees take a 1-0 lead.

Update: Alex Rodriguez gets hit in the back. He was hit twice last night. A-Rod wasn’t too happy, but turned away as if to quell his anger.

Update: The umpires warn the benches. Now if Sabathia hits someone, he’s likely tossed.

Update: Posada hits a sacrifice fly, and A-Rod moves up to second on the errant throw by Ibanez. The Yankees lead 2-0.

Update: Cano continues his poor hitting with a fly out to center. The Yankees give CC Sabathia a 2-0 lead. He’s capable of winning with that many runs.

The warnings thing was garbage. It will be interesting if this greatly affects how either pitcher uses the inside of the strike zone.
