  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Loaded for A-Rod

Pedro Martinez loads the bases with one out in the third on a single, walk and hit by pitch. That brings up Alex Rodriguez. A-Rod can give the Yankees a huge lead here.

Update: Alex swings and misses at two of the first three pitches to fall behind 1-2.

Update: Pedro hits the outside corner to get Alex looking. Two outs on a great pitch. Now Pedro has to face Matsui.

Update: Hideki delivers again. He singles to center to drive in Jeter and Damon, and the Yankees lead 4-1. A huge night in what might be Matsui’s last night as a Yankees player.

Update: Posada flies out to end the inning. Hideki has two of the Yankees three hits and all four RBI. He may end up the MVP as he’s hitting .636 for the series with 1.455 slugging percentage.

: Damon pulled a calf muscle scoring. Jerry Hairston, Jr. is in the game playing left. Yankees outfielders are dropping like flies in this series.

Pettitte wasn’t happy with Joe West that inning. 4th. I’d like to see a real breakdown of that inning vs. the others.
