    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Triple Away

Matusi is going to come to bat in the bottom of the seventh. He needs a triple for the cycle. Fox just posted that there has never been a cycle in the World Series, and I believe there has never been one in post-season play.

Update: A-Rod singles as the ball manages to avoid the gloves of both Feliz and Rollins. That brings Brett Myers Scott Eyre into the game to face Matsui. I’m a bit torn here. I’d like to see the triple for the cycle, but a home run gives Matsui four two-RBI hits.

Update: Huge ovation for Matsui in what might be his last at bat as a Yankees player.

Update: Matsui strikes out. Alex steals second on the play. A great game for the designated hitter nonetheless.

Update: Eyre gets out of the inning with no damage. Yankees still lead 7-3 at the end of seven.
