  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Labor Trouble

Here’s another reason why governments shouldn’t pay for stadiums. There’s labor trouble at the Marlins new home. People are protesting that there aren’t enough local workers on the job, while the Marlins counter that they have exceeded their local participation goals. If the local government was not involved, the Marlins could get their labor from the cheapest source possible. Instead, these local participation requirements are likely driving up the price of labor and causing unrest at the same time.

Update: In other Marlins news, Renyel Pinto makes me glad I’m not related to him.
