  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

Players A to Z, Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker plays the infield for the Chicago Cubs in a reserve capacity. He spent his first four seasons and part of 2009 with the Colorado Rockies. Due to that affiliation, his career stats need to be taken with a big grain of salt. If you look at his home/road split with the Rockies, you’ll see a home slash line of .295/.348/.550, a road line of .205/.266/.335. Interestingly, he hit well both on the road and at home in his short stint with the Cubs. He’ll play as a 29 year old in 2010, and at that age he’s not likely to be more than a reserve in his career.
