I wonder if the Nationals will get caught in a situation near the end of the year where they will have to be concerned over the number of innings Stasburg has logged during the year and if business drivers will cause them to pitch him more then they would like.
I would imagine they’d hold him back a day if it meant pitching in a home game rather than a road game. There’s an economic element to this as well. At least for now.
