Things are starting to happen at the Rangers auction.

Update: Mark Cuban has the high bid:

It exceeds the bid before the subtraction of bankruptcy fee by $25 million

Update: I believe the Greenberg/Ryan group gets some time to answer the bid. That may stretch into tomorrow.

Update: Sounds like Greenberg’s lawyers are challenging the bid:

Greenberg-Ryan lawyer says a court order is in place. Says bid received in time wasn’t higher than theirs.

It strikes me the judge in this case is being very flexible with deadlines.
