Justin Masterson earned his fourth win of the season Wednesday night, and two of them came against his former team, the Boston Red Sox. Masterson followed his earlier shutout of Boston by allowing one run in five innings of work tonight. He was wild, walking four and allowing four hits, but a David Ortiz solo home run was the only run the Sox would score as Cleveland wins 9-1. Boston’s defense played poorly as only two of the runs were earned.
