Best Trade?

The White Sox made one of the best deadline deals in acquiring Edwin Jackson from the Diamondbacks. He pitched eight shutout innings against the Orioles to lower his White Sox ERA to 0.96. Most impressively, with two walks and 10 strikeouts tonight, he’s walked 7 and struck out 34 in four games for Chicago. Walks were always his problems with Tampa Bay, but since moving on, he’s brought them under control and discovered success. The White Sox win 8-0 and will at least keep pace with the Twins.
