Mike Trout collected four more hits, including a home run and Garrett Richards pitched seven shutout innings as the Angels pounded the Tigers 13-0. Trout raised his averages to .355/.408/.582 as the Angels hit a total of five home runs in the game. Imagine what Mike will be like in five years when he reaches his prime.
Tigers starter Jacob Turner gave up three of those as he was pounded for seven runs in two innings. It was a very rough start for the 21 year old.
