The Braves beat Roy Halladay and the Phillies 6-2 Sunday afternoon for a sweep and a five game winning streak. The Braves move to 16-8 for the month of July, a .667 winning percentage. While that might be a great July for some teams, it’s tied for the seventh best July winning percentage since Atlanta came to prominence in 1991. July 2004 saw their best record in that month during their long playoff run, going 20-6, a .769 winning percentage.
