Ivy Wall Power

With the bases loaded and two out in the bottom of the third, Sammy Sosa flied to the wall in right where Kearns made a nice catch in the ivy. The Cubs and Reds remained tied at one.

Last three Sammy hops = throw out at second, routine fly ball to center, and ball to wall in right. Looks like Sammy's hop meter is a bit off. Perhaps it is his .248 BA and current 5-37 slump.

Quick, get him some cork.

The Reds had the bases loaded in the 7th with 1 out, and the next two hitters promptly struck out. :( I think this may be the first time I've ever rooted for the Reds (the Astros need them to beat the Cubs!).

Sammy just hit another deep fly to right (8th), did he hop for that one too?
