Throwing the Best
Brian McTaggart points out that unlike last year, Houston's best will be on the mound for the two games in St. Louis.
Something not pointed out as often as the Astros having Oswalt instead of Munro, is that the Cards have Mulder instead of Morris. Morris was a bad, injured pitcher at this point last year.
well, oswalt was injured last year too, remember?
but healthy roy is LOTS bettern pete F. Munro, who could NOT pitch from the stretch or more than once thru the lineup along with dan F. miceli.
