Melk Delivery
Melkey Cabrera robs Uribe of a home run to end the bottom of the fifth, then doubles in a run in the top of the inning to tie the game at two.
My friend Jim Storer and I disagreed about Melky's future last year. I was optimistic but Jim was pessimistic. I figured a young player posting a .360 OBA in his first year was a pretty good sign of things to come. Even with the hit today, Cabrera's OBA is just .286. I like to think it's still a very small sample this year, but Jim feels he's winning the argument right now.
Update: Moose gives the lead right back as Pierzynski leads off the bottom of the sixth with an opposite field home run.

I agree with Jim, Cabrera is not going to be a star. He will be a utility fill in player at best.
