Ryan Howard returns to the Phillies lineup and doubles in two runs as the Braves go down to defeat 8-3. Moyer easily out-pitched Hudson as Tim gave up five runs on ten hits in 6 2/3 innings. Jamie walked just one in his seven innings of work and the Phillies bullpen pitched two perfect innings to close out the game. The Phillies gain on the Braves for second place, but can't gain any ground on the winning Mets.
