The Meek Will Leave Runners to Inherit?

Evan Meek comes into the game in the top of the 12th and walks the first two Cubs he faces. After a talking two, he throws a wild pitch to put the go-ahead and insurance runs in scoring position with none out.

Update: Meek is the last pitcher in the Pirates bullpen, so it's up to him to get out of the jam. He gets a grounder to first to hold the runner at third, then walks Derrek Lee to set up the double play.

Update: Ramirez flies out to right, and Nady double clutches the throw allowing the run to score. The Cubs lead 9-8 in the top of the 12th.
