Cycle on Deck
Eric Hinske is due up second in the bottom of the eighth in Orlando. He needs a single for the cycle.
Update: Hinske strikes out, but he's helped the Rays to a 6-4 lead over Toronto.
Correction: They're playing at Disney tonight.

The field conditions were pretty bad there... lots of really bad hops and players were spiking themselves a lot.
It was good to see Vernon turn on a pitch and pummel it into the LF... garden? He and Rios are starting to warm up in the power department.
Going from Boston to Tampa seems to inject magical powers into backup 1B.
I think that's what Sean Casey was thinking too.
