Shohei Ohtani knocked out a double and a home run Thursday afternoon to help beat the Giants 6-4. That breaks the tie with Aaron Judge of the Yankees, giving Ohtani 62 EXBH to Judge’s 60. It looked like Judge was on his way to an historic EXBH season earlier in the year, but he slowed lately, and now it will be a race for both sluggers to see if either can reach 100 extras for the season.

Clayton Kershaw pitched four innings in his return, giving up six hit while walking two and striking out six. The Giants managed to score two runs against him.
