Michael Young will move to another position to make room for Adrian Beltre, should the Rangers sign him:
“I’ll do what I have to do to stay on this team,” Young said. “I’m happy to be here and proud to be part of this team. I want to stay a part of it. If it means getting the bulk of my at-bats as the DH, then that’s what I’ll do.”
That’s interesting, as MLB Trade Rumors reported that Young was not happy about the move. I guess that’s why they call them rumors.
I like Beltre on the Rangers, he’ll make the pitching that much better with his glove.
Just because he’s willing doesn’t mean he’s happy. He’s always been a team player.
