Eight runs in regulation wasn’t enough for an Angels win, so they scored nine in the 13th inning to down the Orioles 17-8. Every Angels starter collected a at least one hit, all but Napoli ending with a multi-hit game. Napoli was the only Angels starter not to score a run, while Morales was the only starter who failed to drive one in.

The Angels have now scored 666 runs on the season. They certainly gave the Orioles a devil of a time. LAnaheim is now 200 runs short of the franchise record set in 1979. With 47 games to play, they need to score 4.26 runs per game the rest of the way to set a new mark.
