  • Priceless

    • We all know what a night out at the ballpark costs. While it may be "priceless", it's anything but that when the credit card bill arrives. A cash advance can help.

    Home For the Winter

The winners of India’s Million Dollar Arm contest return home to see how their money helped their families:

They were greeted in each village by several thousand people and media, and received a real hero’s welcome.

Rinku was able to see the house that he built with his contest winnings for his family and Dinesh was able to build a real bathroom outhouse for his family, and also was able to buy them some farming land.

There are plenty of pictures at the link.

The Pirates made a good move taking on these two pitchers. India owns the second largest population in the world, and if baseball catches on, the Pirates are going to be their team. This could turn into a huge revenue stream for the team.
