Stephen Strasburg reports his rehabilitation is going well and he hopes to start throwing in January:

Strasburg said he’s getting therapy three times a week. He said he’ll probably return in better shape than he ever was.

He might be taking the Nancy Kerrigan route. After she was injured in an attack, the rehabilitation work she did to recover helped her to the performance of her life at the Olympics. The Nationals can only hope that happens when Strasburg returns in 2012.
