Gordon Beckman may be feeling some heat from the imminent arrival of Orlando Hudson on the White Sox. Beckham homered Sunday afternoon, part of a 1 for 4 day as the White Sox beat the Cubs 6-0. Hudson will fill in for the injured Brent Morel, but it’s only a matter of time that the veteran takes playing time away from Gordon. Beckham has a window of opportunity in which to hit well and keep his job as an every day player. The homer today no doubt helped.
