On Friday , Kevin Freeland a Denver native, allowed one run in six innings, walking two and striking out six. That’s one run in 11 innings for the four and five starters on the team. If they can get the first three to pitch anywhere near that well, the Rockies are going places. They are in first place in the NL West with a 4-1 record. The Rockies beat the Dodgers on Friday 2-1.
