The only oustanding pitching match-up takes place in southern California where the Dodgers send Hyun-Jin Ryu against San Diego and Robbie Erlin. Ryu owns a 2.79 ERA despite six walks in 9 2/3 innings. He has yet to allow a home run, and 10 K helped keep runners in place. Erlin makes his first start of the year. He has a similar line to Ryu in all but the walks, where he walked just two batters in 11 1/3 innings, also allowing three runs.
