Wasting Lopez

Reynaldo Lopez pitched seven strong innings for the White Sox against the Twins in the first game of their double header. Lopez was nearly unhittable, giving up one hit in seven innings, while walking four and allowing no runs. He left with a 2-0 lead, but Nate Jones came in and allowed a walk and three hits, one of those a three-run homer, and the Twins take the game 4-2. Both Lopez and Jones pitched well this year, limiting opponents hits, but the duo was not in sync this afternoon.
