Brian Dozier hit an extra-inning grand slam home run to walk off the Twins with a victory over the Rays 11-7. It’s the second day in a row with a walk-off grand slam in extra innings. It’s the fourth walk-off grand slam of the season. I have records of this going back to 1974, and the record for walk-off grand slams is eight in 2002. There were seven in 2008, and six in a number of seasons, including 2017. We’ll see if this record gets challenged.
