Manny Machado hit three home runs so far in the San Diego doubleheader hosting Seattle. Nate Colbert of the Padres is one of the two people to hit five home runs in a doubleheader. He tied the record set by Stan Musial. If Machado were to tie that record, it would be quite remarkable as the teams are only playing seven inning games.

The Padres won game one 10-7, and trail in game two 6-2 in the top of the fifth inning.
