May He Throw Strikes?

Dustin May of the Dodgers starts game seven of the NLCS with eight consecutive balls. Ronald Acuna, Jr. led off with a walk, then stole second, which turned out not to be needed, as Freddie Freeman walked as well. The Braves have a nice threat early.

Update: May throws two strikes to Marcell Ozuna, who pulls the second one to leftfield for an RBI single. The Braves take a 1-0 lead.

Update: May induces a double play and records a strikeout to end the inning with just one run allowed. Given that Ian Anderson has yet to allow a run in the post-season, that may be all the Braves need.
