His stats for 100 MPH are not list there, but I could imagine that an exit velocity of 90 MPH might even be better than 100 MPH, as the 100 MPH might even cause line outs to outfielders more often.
A hitter like Arraez should want to generate top spin as well, so the ball falls in faster, rather than the backspin a slugger wants to keep the ball in the air farther for a home run.
