Matt Olson of the Braves hit two home runs so far in the nightcap at Philadelphia to raise his season total to 50. It’s the 48th player-season resulting in 50 home runs. He is the 31st player to accomplish the feat. Olson drove in all four Braves runs as Philadelphia leads 7-4 after droppig the opener in extra-innings 10-8.

Olson hit at least 34 home runs in each of his last four full seasons, and hit 14 in the pandemic shortened 2020 season. He is one of four players to hit at least 150 home runs since the start of the 2019 season.
