The Giants lost their new centerfielder to a wall:

San Francisco Giants outfielder Jung Hoo Lee, who injured his left shoulder when he crashed into a wall in Sunday’s home game against the Cincinnati Reds, will undergo season-ending surgery in the next couple of weeks, the team announced Friday.

San Francisco signed Lee to a six year deal out of South Korea. He did a great job getting on base in Korea. He posted a .310 OBP to start his MLB career. He had not drawn a walk in May, giving him a .270 BA/.270 OBP.
