Northern Braves Fans

I attended the game at Fenway Park Tuesday night. Had a great view of throws from third base to first. When I sit this close, I’m always amazed at the defensive abilities of major league players.

One thing we noticed last night was the loud cheering when the Braves performed well. It seemed about 20% of the ballpark was rooting for Atlanta, which is unusual for Fenway outside a visit by the Yankees. I suppose there might be legacy Braves fans in Boston, the children and grand children of the fans before the move to Milwaukee. There also could be fans from when TBS was a superstation and everyone was able to watch the Braves.

More likely, with Boston just playing okay, seats tend to be available this season. With school out, a trip to Boston with a Braves game on the side might be a good idea.
