After a dreadful start that saw Corbin Carroll of the Diamondbacks hit just .198/.280/281 through June 4th, he’s started to pick up his rookie season game again. With a two for four with a walk in Sunday’s 9-3 win over the Padres, Carroll collected seven hits and three walks in his last five games. He has a way to go to get back to a decent slash line, but he appears to be coming out of the slump.
